BSSM Advances in Experimental Mechanics

Mantracourt will be exhibiting at the British Society for Strain Measurement International Conference this September at the National Physics Laboratory, London. The BSSM’s exhibition of Experimental Mechanics (EMEX) takes place alongside the international conference on Wednesday 10th September 2008. New Sales Contact

Andrew Woodfield has joined Mantracourt as our Sales and Operations Coordinator. He will be responsible for answering incoming calls, processing sales orders, invoicing and also supporting our Manufacturing Manager with our Health and Safety needs as well as our Quality Management.

Easter Bank Holiday

Mantracourt will be closed for the Easter bank holiday on Friday 21st March through to Monday 24th March 2008.
Our ususal office hours will resume on Tuesday 25th March 2008.

Launch of New Generation Telemetry Range

This month sees the launch of our new T24 Telemetry range of products designed to collect accurate data remotely without the time and cost factor of traditional cable operations.

The T24 range forms part of an overall measuring system that can collect measurements from a varierty of sources and is suited to a variety of industrial applications - from torque to weight, load to force. Ease of use, long battery life, transmitting on license free 2.4GHz are just some of the benefits you will find.

New Product Guide Available

August 2007 saw the release of our new printed Product Guide listing all our products including, the soon to be launched, New Generation Telemetry Wireless Range with a frequency of 2.4 GHz.

New Range of Incell Amplifiers

The new range of Miniature Load Cell Amplifiers (ICAS & H) are now available in sample quantities. This new generation of products feature many improvements contained in a smaller and more versatile package.
These include:
Standardised mounting hole for faster & easier installation.
Wider output ranges.
Improved performance of up to 400% (High Stability Version) over operating temperature.
Standardised excitation.
Plated through holes for wire connections.
RoHS compliant.
An ATEX (Intrinsically Safe) variant.

Christmas Shutdown

Our Christmas and New Year shutdown is from 1pm Friday 21st December until 8.30am Wednesday 2nd January 2008.

Credit Card Facilities

Mantracourt has recently set up credit card facilities so payments can now be made via Visa or Access Credit and Debit cards over the phone.

Re-design of the W12/24 Power Supply

Following the successful redesign of the LS3 power supply, we have now also redesigned the W12/24 technology to improve durability as well as some of our production techniques.
This PSU replaces the existing W12/24.
At the same time we have also decided to remove the W24/48 power supply option from the ADW range and ADP. This product has had a very low sales level and can no longer be supported in its current format. We have kept stocks of the transformers for service and repair use but we will not be able to sell any new PSU's in the 24/48 range.
