The ALA5 and ICA5ATEX are high-performance ATEX-certified 4–20 mA amplifiers designed for use in hazardous zones 0, 1, and 2. Built for in-line integration with strain gauge sensors such as load cells, both options provide a rugged and reliable solution for signal conditioning in oil & gas, chemical, and food industry applications.

The ALA5 is housed in a robust stainless steel IP67 enclosure and supplied pre-wired with 1 m strain gauge cable and 5 m output cable. It is reverse-polarity and short-circuit protected, with fast calibration via gain and offset trim. The ICA5ATEX is the OEM variant, ideal for embedding directly into a load cell or sensor enclosure, offering full ATEX compliance for integrated solutions.
