The ICA series from Mantracourt offers high-performance analogue signal conditioners in a compact OEM format, specifically designed for embedding inside strain gauge-based sensors such as load cells, pressure transducers, and torque sensors. These miniature modules convert strain gauge signals into standard voltage or current outputs, delivering fast response and exceptional stability in a wide range of environments.
Available in six models, the ICA range includes high-performance variants (ICA1H to ICA6H) as well as the ICA5S for industrial-grade stability. The ICAH range is especially noted for its low drift over wide temperature ranges and excellent performance in harsh conditions.
Each amplifier is reverse polarity and short circuit protected, features a low-profile 7.6 mm height for compact integration, and uses a standardised 5 V excitation. The design includes multilayer PCB construction and advanced filtering to improve EMC performance. For applications requiring external packaging, the optional ILE (In-Line Enclosure) allows standard sensors to be converted to conditioned-output devices with ease.
