ICA5S – Miniature Strain Gauge Amplifier (4–20 mA Loop-Powered Output)
The ICA5S is a robust, 2-wire loop-powered analogue strain gauge amplifier designed to provide a 4–20 mA output directly from load cells, pressure sensors, and other strain-based transducers. Its compact design and rugged performance make it ideal for use in industrial environments requiring long cable runs and high noise immunity.
Engineered for industrial stability, the ICA5S offers excellent temperature compensation and reliable performance in harsh conditions. It is suited to a wide range of control and monitoring systems where simple, scalable current-loop integration is required.

The ICA5 is also available in an intrinsically safe ATEX-certified version (ICA5ATEX) for hazardous area applications.
An optional ILE (In-Line Enclosure) is available to externally house the amplifier, enabling conversion of standard load cells into conditioned-output devices without redesign.
