The T24-AO1i is a wireless receiver housed in a robust IP67-rated ACM enclosure, designed to provide a configurable analogue output from a single T24 wireless transmitter module. It is ideal for industrial applications where analogue signals are required to interface with legacy control systems, PLCs, or data acquisition hardware.
The analogue output can be selected from a range of pre-calibrated voltage and current outputs, including 0–10 V, ±10 V, 0–5 V, ±5 V, 0–20 mA, and 4–20 mA. All current outputs can be configured to operate in either sink or source mode, offering maximum flexibility for integration.
The T24-AO1i includes LED indicators that provide clear visual feedback on the status of the radio link, remote sensor condition, and battery life of the connected T24 transmitter. A digital input is also provided, allowing the user to remotely zero the incoming measurement signal.
Wireless configuration and scaling of the analogue output are performed using the free T24 Toolkit software, which runs on a PC connected to a T24 base station. Operating on the licence-free 2.4 GHz DSSS radio band, the T24-AO1i offers robust, interference-resistant communication and extended range compared to the desktop AO1 version.
