Description
The T24-ACMi-TA is a high-performance wireless temperature transmitter designed for direct connection to K-type thermocouples. Housed in a rugged IP67-rated ACMi enclosure, it forms part of the Mantracourt T24 modular telemetry range and enables reliable, real-time wireless transmission of temperature data across a broad range of applications.
This module accepts a single K-type thermocouple input and supports a wide measurement range from -200 °C to +1300 °C (-328 °F to +2372 °F), delivering fast and accurate temperature readings in both ambient and extreme environments. It is particularly well-suited to construction, industrial heating, R&D, and predictive maintenance applications where embedded or remote monitoring is required.
Using a licence-free 2.4 GHz DSSS radio band, the T24-ACMi-TA transmits secure, interference-resistant data with a wireless range of up to 800 metres (2,600 feet) line-of-sight. The integral antenna and compact IP67 enclosure make it easy to install in harsh environments, while full compatibility with all T24 receivers—including handhelds, relay modules, PLCs, PCs, and the SensorSpace cloud platform—offers complete system flexibility.
Designed for long-term use in battery-powered systems, the T24-ACMi-TA features ultra-low power operation with configurable transmission intervals ranging from once per day to 200 samples per second. The module can be remotely placed into low-power sleep mode and reactivated over the air by other T24 devices, supporting efficient remote monitoring and power management.
Setup, calibration, and diagnostics are performed wirelessly using the free T24 Toolkit software, with calibration data stored internally to simplify field deployment and system integration.
